While the Yankee Doodle Homecoming Board of Directors is comprised of 13 members, it takes many volunteers to make the weekend itself happen.  In an attempt to reach out to those interested in lending a helping hand, the Board has established the Yankee Doodle Volunteer Corps .  Our goal is to sign on  no less than 150 to 200 volunteers to fill our need during those few days.  The only requirements are that each volunteer must commit to a minimum of 2 hours at any given time and that, if someone commits to a time, that they fulfill the commitment or find someone else who is willing.  There are tables to cover, people to assist, vendors to attend to, cookies to decorate, bicycle parades to cover, and so much more.

You will be recognized in September with a special sponsor and volunteer event, both of whom will have made this weekend a success.
