How to Participate
Billerica Yankee Doodle Homecoming Inc. is a non-profit organization, reorganized in February 2006, with
a mission to hold a multifaceted community event, featuring a wide variety of activities, events, and demonstrations for the
welfare and benefit of the public of the Town of Billerica, Massachusetts. BYDH Inc. will solicit and accept donations, gifts,
bequests, and in-kind services to accomplish this mission.
Meeting Calendar
Monthly Meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Billerica Town
Hall in Room 110, unless otherwise noted.
Everyone can participate in some fashion - a business, a resident, an organization. This list is endless.
- If you are a business and would like to donate dollars, services, or sponsor an activity, please click here for information and forms.
- If you are a crafter and are interested in renting table space, please click here for information and forms. Please note a crafter is one who has a home based business and not a storefront business.
- If you are a marching band, civic organization, military unit, local school, or other similar group you may
participate in the annual parade by contacting Joe Gibelli, Parade Coordinator, or by clicking here for information and forms. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARADE PARTICIPANTS.
- If you are a non-profit organization and wish to use the Weekend as an opportunity to raise money, please
contact Peggy Hannon Rizza at the Recreation Department at 978-671-0921 OR click here for information and forms.
- If you are a resident or student, you are welcome to participate in our annual logo contest which reflects
the theme of the year. All submissions become the property of BYDH Inc. Winner(s) will each receive
a $50 gift card. .
